Information you may give us
Through the Request Care form you may send owner name, email, phone, ZIP code, pet name, pet type, pet age, requested service, preferred or start and end dates, basic care needs, and additional notes. You may also send similar details by phone or email.
The initial form does not ask for veterinarian records, emergency-contact details, medication schedules, keys, door codes, or alarm codes. If those details are needed after we review a request, we will ask for them separately.
Please do not put payment card numbers, keys, door codes, or alarm codes in the form. This website does not process payments.
How we use it
We use the information to review a care request, follow up with you, and arrange confirmed walking, sitting, or boarding when appropriate. We do not sell it.
Website form
When you submit Request Care, your answers are sent by POST to our own website server and then emailed to [email protected] so we can review the request. A submitted form is not a confirmed booking. The form does not place your answers in an email link, a web address, or a copy shown back on the page.
Hosting and server logs
Like most websites, the host that serves these pages may keep ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use that only to operate and troubleshoot the site. The form handler may also keep a short-lived technical count of submission attempts from an IP address to limit automated abuse. That count does not include the contents of your request.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics or advertising pixel. Your browser may still keep its own settings.

Some pages include links to other sites, such as Google Maps for our address. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Following a link is optional.
Sharing
Pet and request details may be shared with the caregiver assigned to a confirmed visit or stay, because they need those notes to provide care. We may also share information if you ask us to, if the law requires it, or if a veterinarian or emergency contact must be reached about a pet in our care.
